UN will try Mladic even after ICTY closed

ICTY chief prosecutor Serge Brammertz said that if Ratko Mladic has not been arrested by the time the tribunal closes down, the UN will develop a mechanism for enabling a trial before the international court. Should Mladic be arrested sooner, there is a possibility that his trial could be joined with Karadzic's process.
