Arrest of Mladic aides was mistake, prosecutor says

Serbia's war crimes prosecutor Vladimir Vukcevic said that Serbia should have trailed Ratko Mladic's aides in 2006 instead of arresting them. The arrests set back the search for Mladic, he said. The arrest of both Ratko Mladic and Goran Hadzic are conditions for Serbia to join the EU.
