EUFOR mission in Bosnia extended until 2010

During the 6220^th meeting of the UN Security Council it was unanimously decided that the mission of EUFOR (European Union Force) in Bosnia-Herzegovina will be authorized until November 18, 2010. NATO will maintain a head quarters there. The High Representative will continue to oversee implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement that ended the war in Bosnia in December 1995.
