ICJ starts hearings in Kosovo independence case on December 1

The International Court of Justice will begin hearings in December regarding the case of the legitimacy of Kosovo's unilateral declaration of independence. Apart from Serbia, who brought the case to the ICJ, 36 UN member states filed written statements about the case.
