Croatian member of parliament arrested in Bosnia for war crimes

Bosnian police arrested a Croatian member of parliament, Branimir Glavas. Last week, a Zagreb court sentenced him to ten years in prison for ordering the torture and killing of Serbs during. His immunity was lifted by Croatia on May 11 but he had already fled to Bosnia.

Since he is holding a Bosnian passport there is a chance he will not be extradited.
