Germany called involvement in explosion absurd

German government spokesman Thomas Steg called the accusation that Germany was involved in the attack on the EU office in Kosovo "absurd". He declined to comment on whether the three men that were arrested are German intelligence agents or members of the German army, the Bundeswehr.
