Progress

CJ CIMIC personnel identified needs and projects for rebuilding of civil infrastructure and institutions. They also coordinate with international organizations, non-governmental organizations and humanitarian agencies to obtain necessary materials, money, and manpower to meet these needs.

In BiH, CJ CIMIC has been instrumental in facilitating a wide variety activities in support of the Office of the High Representative and other organizations such as:

• Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE)
• United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR)
• World Bank
• European Community Military Mission (ECMM)
• International Committee for the Red Cross (ICRC)

and others who are responsible for implementing a majority of civil actions outlined in the GFAP.
