Further KFOR reduction planned by 2011

During a meeting in Istanbul, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said NATO will further reduce it's KFOR presence by 2011 to 4,000 troops. This would free up resources for operations in Afghanistan. NATO will contribute 30,000 troops.
